And I’m sorry it has taken me so long to get a post up Alicia…

Alicia tagged me for “8 Random Facts About Myself.” Come on Alicia lol - I’m an alkie doncha know??? [Now, what do I do? Ali tagged me for the same meme. hmmmmm]

This is the very first time I’ve been tagged by anyone in almost three years of Blogging. And I’m worried I might not be able to find the number I have to pass it on to…

Anyhow - First, the rules:

• Post these rules before you give your facts.
• List 8 random facts about yourself.
• At the end of your post, choose (tag) 8 people and list their names, linking to them
• Leave a comment on their blog, letting them know they’ve been tagged

And now, my 8 random facts:

1. The man who my mother originally loved and intended to be my father was killed by a direct hit from a Japanese bomb at Hickham AFB during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
2. In my early twenties I was a Putt Putt (miniature golf) professional and once strung 52 deliberate pars together avoiding holes-in-one on purpose.
3. My first job was as a caddy at Bethpage State Park Golf Course, Bethpage, New York, home of the 2002 US Open Championship won by Tiger Woods. I know the Black Course better than Tiger - I’ve seen more of it lol…
4. Attended N.C. State Univ. a very long time ago, and took up space. That’s right, I majored in Aerospace Engineering. No, I didn’t graduate.
5. Drank my first alcoholic drink at 15.
6. Got sober at 43.
7. I’ll always love my first wife despite anything that was said.
8. Three beautiful children. Kerilyn, Shane and Ryan, all of whom I love with all my heart.

And those are random I believe eh? Now, to tag eight others? Oy…

Tell ya’ what. I’m going to post this now and come back to tagging eight others because I’m about bushed after work. Hope I can be forgiven for that. I’ll be back.
